Estram 140mg should be taken on an empty stomach. The calcium in the stomach might affect the working of drug, so better to avoid milk, dairy products such as cheese and avoid taking it in combination with an antacid or other medicine containing calcium, magnesium or aluminum. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. How to Use Estram 140mg Capsule
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Estram 140mg may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Avoid Estram 140mg with dairy products such as milk, cheese, curd, butter, paneer and ice cream.
