FAQ

Question
I feel better now, can I stop using Esfung?
No, you should not stop using Esfung suddenly without talking to your doctor. This is because your symptoms may worsen and your infection may return. Remember, your symptoms may improve and you may feel better before the infection is completely cleared. Stopping the medication too early could allow the fungus to continue to grow and hence, prevent complete healing.
Answer

Question
Is Esfung safe to use for a long time?
Esfung should not be used for more than 7 days, unless your doctor tells you to. Using Esfung for a longer period may make the fungal infection resistant to the effect of the medicine. If you have been having the infection for more than 6 months, please inform your doctor. You may need to change the dose or probably take a different or more efficient medicine.
Answer

Question
In which conditions the use of Esfung should be avoided?
Patients who are allergic to Esfung or any of its components should avoid the use of Esfung. However, if you are not aware of any allergy or if you are using Esfung for the first time, consult your doctor.
