Hybronac M Eye Drop Reviews

Hybronac M is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of bacterial eye infections. It helps in relieving pain, itching, discomfort, pain, and irritation caused by the infection. It is also used to relieve postoperative pain, swelling, and redness.

Hybronac M is to be used only in the affected eye in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. It is advised to check the label for directions before use. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. How Hybronac M Eye Drop Works

Hybronac M is a combination of two medicines: Bromfenac and Moxifloxacin which treat eye infections. Bromfenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling) in the eye. Moxifloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves.

How to Use Hybronac M Eye Drop

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.

Benefits of Hybronac M Eye Drop

  • In Treatment of Post operative pain: Hybronac M helps relieve pain, swelling and redness after an eye surgery (cataract surgery). This medicine works by decreasing the production of certain chemicals that cause pain and swelling around the eyes. You might need to use Hybronac M twice a day for atleast 14 days after surgery or use as prescribed to get the most benefit.

Quick Tips

  • Make sure to use within 4 weeks of opening the medication.
  • Take care to avoid spreading the infection from one eye to the other, and to other members of your family. Washing your hands regularly (particularly after touching your eyes) and not sharing towels or pillows will help to prevent the infection from spreading.
  • Wash your hands first before applying Hybronac M. To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface.
  • Eye infections can cause your eyes to become more sensitive to sunlight than usual. Wearing sunglasses may help to prevent this.
  • Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute, immediately after putting the medication. This will prevent the medication from draining out. Try not to blink or rub your eye.
  • Do not wear contact lenses until your infection clears up.
  • You have been prescribed Hybronac M for the treatment of bacterial infections of the eye.
  • Along with using Hybronac M, give warm compress to your eyes to get relief from itching and burning sensation.
  • Use it twice a day (in the morning and the evening). If your symptoms are particularly severe, your doctor may suggest you use them up to four times a day.
