In healthy adults, about 80-90% of the total medicine injected is excreted by kidney within 10 hours after a single injection into the veins. If the patient has kidney dysfunction, the medicine may stay back for a longer time in the body.

The schedule of taking Fosfowok 4gm is decided by your doctor. The daily dose is determined on the basis of bacteria causing the infection, severity and site of the infection.
