Kimnerv is used for the treatment of diabetic nerve disease. This medicine promotes the regeneration of nerve cells and restores their structural and functional integrity. It reduces the pain and protects the nerves from further damage.

Kimnerv may be taken with or without food. However, take it in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor to get the most benefit from it. It is also advised to take this medicine at a fixed time to avoid missing a dose.

Some common side effects of this medicine include upset stomach, diarrhea, dizziness, constipation, and injection site reactions. Most of these are usually mild and gradually resolve over time; however, if they persist or get worse, let your doctor know.

Before taking Kimnerv, tell your doctor if you have any other health conditions. Inform them if you are taking any other medicines or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

How Kimnerv Injection Works

Prolonged B12 deficiency can lead to nerve degeneration and irreversible neurological damage. Kimnerv is a multivitamin product containing methylcobalamin, nicotinamide, and pyridoxine hydrochloride. Methylcobalamin corrects vitamin B12 deficiency, thereby helping in treating certain anemias and nerve problems. Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) exhibits neuroprotective properties, reduces cholesterol levels and other fatty substances in the blood, and increases good cholesterol. Pyridoxine hydrochloride treats and prevents the deficiency of vitamin B6 and improves the functioning of the nervous and immune systems.
