How Oflorid R Syrup Works
Oflorid R contains three medicines Ofloxacin, Ornidazole, and Racecadotril. Together, these ingredients prove effective against diarrhea and dysentery. Racecadotril is an enkephalinase inhibitor that has anti-secretory effects. Simply put, this particular active ingredient reduces the secretion of water and electrolytes from the intestine.
