If you miss a dose of Pulmoclear, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

How Pulmoclear Syrup Works
Pulmoclear is a combination of three medicines : Acebrophylline, Terbutaline, and Menthol. Acebrophylline is a mucolytic and bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and also thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to breathe. Terbutaline is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens airways. This makes breathing easier. Menthol is an organic compound which produces a sensation of coolness and relieves minor throat irritation.
How to Use Pulmoclear Syrup
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Pulmoclear may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
