Colimor is used to treat abdominal pain. It works effectively to reduce abdominal pain, bloating, and cramps by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and gut. It blocks certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation and fever. It also helps in easy passage of gas.

Colimor is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. How Colimor Tablet Works

Colimor is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Mefenamic Acid and Simethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps and pain. Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) which. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.

How to Use Colimor Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Colimor may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
