It works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer) and Mefenamic Acid acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
