Yes, Niftacure is a strong antibiotic (or broad spectrum antibiotic), which means that it is effective against a wide variety of urinary bacteria. This is usually evaluated by a culture test which demonstrates a range of bacteria which cannot grow in the prence of an antibiotic. Some strains of Enterobacter and Klebsiella are resistant to Niftacure.
