Nymcold may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at the same time each day to get maximum benefits from it. Do not take this medicine more than the recommended dose, a high dose, or overdose may have harmful effects on the body. Prolong use of this medicine may harm your health, do not take it more than the prescribed duration unless your doctor advised you to do so.
This medicine is generally well tolerated by patients. However, some patients may experience a few side effects such as stomach upset, nausea, diarrhea. Before taking it, tell your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any other medicines. Always remember to consult your doctor if you are suffering from any severe stomach, liver, or kidney disease. Immediately consult your doctor if you experience any allergic reactions such as skin rashes, swelling, and itching.
Note: As per the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Nymcold is banned for children under 12 years of age.

- Along with taking Nymcold do the following simple tips at home to get relief:Steam inhalation.Gargling with warm saltwater.Apply vapor rubs on chest, back if needed. Take enough rest.Take warm food and fluid only. Ensure adequate fluid intake.Advise hygiene measures to reduce spread: frequent hand-washing, avoiding sharing towels, pillowcases, etc.
- Take exactly as directed by your doctor or on the label. Do not increase the dosage or take for longer than is recommended.
- Call your doctor if your symptoms have not improved within seven days of treatment.
