Tricare MR 100mg/325mg/37.5mg is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Tramadol. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) as well as an antipyretic (fever reducer). Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). Together, both of them work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain.
