Question
What other lifestyle changes should I make to manage nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)
Lifestyle changes play a major role in managing nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). A healthy body weight helps you manage this condition very effectively. Avoid taking excess salt in your diet and find ways to reduce or manage stress in your life as it increases body weight too. Practice yoga or meditation or take up a hobby. Ensure that you have a sound sleep every night as this also helps to reduce stress levels. Stop smoking and alcohol consumption. Exercise regularly and take a balanced diet that includes whole grains, fresh fruits, vegetables and fat-free products. Consult your doctor if you need any further guidance to get the maximum benefit of Vorxar and to keep yourself healthy.

Vorxar Tablet Reviews

Vorxar is a medicine used in the treatment of Noncirrhotic Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis, Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD) with comorbidities (like obesity, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia or Metabolic Syndrome), and high cholesterol in diabetes (diabetic dyslipidemia).

Vorxar may be taken with or without food, at the same time each day, to get the most benefit and you should not stop taking it unless your doctor recommends it. It is important to stay on the diet and exercise program recommended by your doctor while taking this medicine. Your lifestyle plays a big part in maintaining a healthy body weight, which will help protect your liver to a great extent.

The most common side effects of this medicine are flatulence, indigestion, abdominal distension, increased body temperature, and weakness. These are usually not severe. Please consult your doctor if the side effects worry you or if they do not go away.

Before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you have ever had kidney disease, heart or pancreas problems, or if you drink a lot of alcohol. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before taking it. Some other medicines you are taking may interfere with it so make sure your doctor knows about all the other medicines you are using. Limit your alcohol intake while taking this medicine because it can degrade your liver health. You may need regular tests such as liver function test, kidney function and blood glucose levels to check that the medicine is working properly.

How Vorxar Tablet Works

Vorxar contains Saroglitazar, a dual action peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) inhibitor that aids in the management of high cholesterol, especially triglycerides, as well as blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes. It acts by a unique mechanism in which it reduces the synthesis and secretion of triglycerides (a type of lipid or cholesterol in blood). It also improves insulin sensitivity of the body for better utilization of the existing insulin and hence lowers the blood sugar levels.

How to Use Vorxar Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Vorxar may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Benefits of Vorxar Tablet

  • In Treatment of Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is a condition in which there is an increased buildup of fat in the liver. It affects people who drink little to no alcohol. Vorxar protects the liver and reduces the risk of liver failure.
  • In Treatment of Noncirrhotic Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis: Noncirrhotic non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is liver inflammation and damage caused by excess fat in the liver. Because of the damage, the liver doesn't work as well as it should. Vorxar reduces fat deposition thereby improving its overall functioning.
  • In Treatment of Diabetic dyslipidemia (high cholesterol in diabetes): Vorxar helps in the management of high cholesterol, as well as blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes. It is mainly used in people whose cholesterol levels are not controlled by statin therapy alone. By controlling high cholesterol levels, Vorxar helps reduce the risk of heart diseases.
